Additional revisions may incur extra charges.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Revision Requests<\/strong>: All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the initial designs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Timeline<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Project Timeline<\/strong>: Estimated timelines for project completion will be provided upon project commencement. Delays caused by the client, such as late feedback, may extend the timeline.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rush Orders<\/strong>: Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Timely Feedback<\/strong>: Clients are expected to provide timely feedback and any necessary information required for the project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Content and Materials<\/strong>: Clients must supply all necessary content and materials (e.g., text, images) unless otherwise agreed upon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ownership<\/strong>: Final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. The designer retains the right to display the work in their portfolio.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Usage Rights<\/strong>: Clients are granted usage rights for the final designs. The designer retains copyright of preliminary designs and concepts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Cancellation and Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cancellation<\/strong>: Either party may terminate the project with written notice. The client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refunds<\/strong>: Deposits are non-refundable.
