Terms and Conditions

    1. Payment Terms

      • All prices are in US dollars (USD).
      • Payments must be made in advance before the commencement of any design work.
      • Payment Methods:  accepted, OMT, Western union, Whish money.
    2. Revisions

      • Revisions are included as per the package terms.
      • Additional revisions beyond the included amount will incur extra charges.
      • Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the initial design.
    3. Delivery

      • Delivery times may vary based on the complexity of the design and current workload.
      • Estimated delivery time for Basic and Standard packages is 3-5 business days.
      • Estimated delivery time for Premium and Enterprise packages is 5-7 business days.
    4. Content and Material

      • Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content and material, including text, images, and logos.
      • All provided content must be owned by the client or have proper licensing.
    5. Copyright and Usage

      • All designs created will be owned by the client upon full payment.
      • The designer reserves the right to use the designs for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
    6. Cancellations and Refunds

      • Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment will receive a full refund.
      • No refunds will be issued once the design work has started.
    7. Communication

      • All communication will be conducted via email or agreed-upon messaging platforms.
      • Regular updates will be provided throughout the design process.
    8. Confidentiality

      • All client information and project details will be kept confidential.
      • The designer will not disclose any information to third parties without prior consent.
    9. Limitations

      • The designer is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the designs on social media platforms.
      • The client is responsible for ensuring that the designs comply with platform guidelines and policies.
    10. Modifications

      • Any modifications to the scope of work will require a new agreement and may incur additional charges.
    11. Dispute Resolution

      • Any disputes arising from the services provided will be resolved through negotiation in good faith.
      • If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the laws of Lebanon.
